Boston – Summer Adventures

Summer Adventures 2026

2026 Summer Adventure Weeks are currently sold out. See below for direct links to register for the waitlist and for our CIT program. Need-based scholarships are available for all weeks.

Week-long Summer Adventure programs offer youth (ages 5-14) a way to learn, socialize, and activate. Our caring and thoughtful staff mentor kids along their climbing path whether they’re completely new to climbing or have been building skills and friendships inside our gyms already.

Two young children smile and hold hands at summer camp. One has curly hair and a light pink shirt with cartoon characters; the other sports straight hair, a tie-dye shirt, and a heart-shaped necklace. A blurred, colorful background is visible.

WHY FAMILIES LOVE ADVENTURE DAYS

Adventure Days are our most popular kids program for ages 5 through 14, running on school holidays and through the summer. Packed with a full day of bouldering, top-roping, rope swinging, and arts & crafts, we’ll keep your kid engaged all day long. All skill levels are welcome – no experience necessary!

Highlights include:

  • Open arts & craft time
  • Rope swinging
  • Outdoor lunch (weather permitting)
  • As much climbing as your rock-star can handle
  • Empowering skills that will last a lifetime

Our staff are all experienced climbers and educators with more than enough energy to keep your kids psyched for the whole day. Our 1:5 ratio allows the instructors to get to know each child, make sure their needs are met, and create memories that will last forever.

Climbing Instructor in Training Program

Our Climbing Instructor in Training (CIT) program is designed for youth ages 13-17 interested in getting a feel for what it takes to be an instructor, while still having the opportunity to climb with their peers and enjoy the fun activities offered each week. CIT participants will leave with new leadership skills and experience in areas such as classroom management, risk mitigation, and youth climbing instruction.

How it Works: Participants will spend the morning working with our Youth Programs Instructors, observing and assisting as the younger groups climb, navigate through the gym, play games, and work on art projects. In the afternoon, CITs will group up and climb with a dedicated instructor. All experience levels are welcome, whether they’re just hoping to get on the wall and have fun or achieve specific climbing goals!

Sign-Up Details: CIT will run during all Summer Adventure weeks. Registration is $345 for the full week including rental gear. 13 or 14-year-olds who would prefer to climb all day are still welcome to sign up for the regular Adventure Week!
